If there was any indication, Carlos thought, that Gael intended to slip back out the door - well, Krista would probably get an eyeful that would definitely get back to Ty. He wasn't so sure he actually cared that much about that. He and Ty, after all, had some of the same proclivities - he just took it to a further extreme than his best friend. It was, really, why there'd never been anything between the two of them. They both knew that neither one of them would submit.

Best not to get into that kind of a conflict, in Carlos' opinion.

There was a certain glow to his eyes as he backed away from Gael, just a few steps, until he leaned back against the desk and could reach the phone there. "Krista, go home for the day," he said as he picked it up. His gaze never wavered from Gael as he spoke. "Yes, I'm sure I won't be needing anything else this afternoon." Not from a seventeen year old girl. at least. From a twenty-four year old man? Well, he expected he'd be expressing some needs and desires, he thought as he crossed his arms and tilted his head to one side.

"Ty definitely made an error in judgment in not mentioning you, cariño," he said. "But then he doesn't really know what you're capable of." Neither did Carlos, entirely. But he did look forward to learning. "Besides...I wouldn't want you to feel restricted."
