Gael would die, and possibly whoever Gael was with would die. It was more likely that you could get away with sex in Elisha's office. As for Ty, well. he'd probably forgive Carlos. Eventually. Or maybe not, Ty wasn't getting laid right now. Sexual frustration could add an edge to a grudge.

Carlos smiled, one of the rare smiles that Gael was already seeing more often than some of the people he worked with, and he slipped his fingers over Gael's cheek with deceptive gentleness before he leaned in for a hard and possessive kiss. "You're right, of course," he murmured. "Which means it doesn't really matter how far it is, does it? Get up."

He didn't wait but instead lifted Gael off him and onto his feet before looking at his watch. They should be between patrols, he thought as he stood up and retrieved the short sword that was part of his uniform from behind the desk and strapped it back on. Some things were best not to wear when you were sitting for hours.

He went over and unlocked the door before looking back at Gael with a raised brow. "You've got about fifteen minutes before a couple of guards come through the halls and wonder why there's a naked Eight of Hearts wandering Club Castle. Coming or not?"
