"Honey, I'll still kiss you with the beard. Just...not as often." His own beard, when he let it grow at all, was auburn and showed that normally invisible celtic heritage on his mother's side. It probably didn't look that different than what Victor Fox had, not that Ollie had ever spoken to the man. "Besides, the curls already make you look Jewish enough, I think."
As for baseball, he raised a bit of a brow. He didn't, really, watch much of it either on tv or streaming on the internet. Baseball was one of those games best experienced in person. It lost something on the screen, and even then - it was really a game that was the most exhilarating when it was played. "Well, my dad used to tell me it was the best game because a team could always make a comeback right up until the end of the game. But honestly, it was my favorite because we could all pick it up and play in the backyard, and because I used to make my sisters take me to see the Dodgers so I could stuff myself with hot dogs and popcorn." It was really less about the game itself, he thought. More about the memories he had.
"Also, as a pitcher, I really like throwing a ball about as fast as I can drive my bike."
