[Ollie & Ty] Devil with a Blue Dress
Their first year they'd been banned from all parties - just one of the ways, Ollie thought, that it sucked to be at the bottom of the totem pole at the Academy. But he'd made it through, and made it through his summer cruise, and now...well.
It was slightly improved, at least. They had their phones back, and they could go to parties. Not that there were as many as there would have been on a college campus - shit, CalTech probably had more, and that's where his mother had been hoping he'd go before he got his acceptance letter to USNA. But it was Halloween, and even here it was a party night.
"You're really wearing that?" One of his roommates said before they left, and Ollie grinned.
"Abso-fucking-lutely," he said as he flipped the hair of his wig behind him. "Don't be jealous, DeWitt, just because I look hot as hell in a dress."
"The firsties are going to kill you," DeWitt said, but he just shook his head and adjusted the hat on his Sherlock Holmes costume before they parted ways at the door of the party. As for Ollie, he smirked and looked around the party. Not, he thought, that he was looking for someone in particular.

"Well, I didn't want to break it to you, because it's harsh," Ollie said, "but the truth is, you're not nearly pretty enough. It's sad, but true." He gave Ty a sidelong look and wondered idly how long they were going to be wandering around Annapolis. The wind got cold down by the harbor.
"My ass is always great," he said, though, with a smirk. "But I will say that the heels even had DeWitt staring at it. I think I made him question the meaning of his life for a few minutes there."

Or something. He wasn't really sure it mattered all that much, at the end of the day.
"You're cruel to DeWitt, you know that right? What did he ever do to you to be tortured day in and day out by you?"

"I'm training him," Ollie said, though, with an amused smile. "He'll take no shit from anyone by the time we graduate." Which...well. He probably wouldn't thank Ollie for, but he might appreciate at some point. "Besides, I'm not mean to him all the time. He doesn't have much of a math brain, so I've been helping him survive in any class that requires much more than trigonometry."

"The real question is why do I put up with your shit," Ty asked, snorting a little as he wrapped an arm around Ollie's shoulder, shivering a little in the cold. "Fuck me, it's cold as balls at here." Which only made him shiver more. "How long do we just walk around like this? Because I am cold, babe, and you look cozy in your jacket, and I'm getting a little jealous."

"You want to wear a baby blue double-breasted blazer from 1995?" Ollie smirked a little. "It probably would fit. But we're almost there."
It was a shame the Kagans didn't have a hotel that close to them, he thought. The closest was Baltimore, which just wasn't that close. But that's what his Amex was for.

Not that he really needed much incentive to want to do that in general, but it was a bit fun to change things up from time to time. Ah well, it was there so why not?
"I'm sure I could return the favor if you wanted. But only if you ask nicely."

The trick, really - and one that had involved sweet-talking DeWitt's host sister - was getting both of their clothes at the same house so that getting back to the Academy later (or in the morning) was easily manageable.
He slanted Ty an amused look as the doorman blinked once and then opened the doors for them. "Is it?" he drawled. "Well, maybe you can convince me that my feet don't hurt too much." Especially if Ty wore the wig, because frankly he'd be a fucking hot brunette.

They got their room keys, and Ty waggled his brows a little at the receptionist. Moving up the stairs, they were quick to their room. Ty flicked on the tv for some background noise as he smiled at Ollie.
"Should I rub your feet down, darling? Or...undress you slowly....I could....rub those knots out of those tight shoulders and kiss every inch of your body..." He said with a smile as he slowly back toward the bed and sat down on the edge. "Mmm, so many choices."

Plus he was fairly sure that the American Express was one of the way his parents verified his continued existence so far away from home.
"And here I thought I was going to lose to a hot shower," Ollie murmured. Spoiler alert: that was a lie. "You know, I think I'll let you surprise me."
Which was unusual, in a word. Ollie tended to maintain some kind of control, even if it was often only expressing his opinion of what Ty should do next.
